Fangchen Qu is situated at southern Guangxi and adjacent to the northern Gulf. The Company’s project site area is located in the table-land no more than?30 km away from the coastline,at an elevation between 650-900 meters with favorable wind resources in Guangxi coastal area. At the same time, hydropower takes up a large proportion in the electricity generation industry of southern Guangxi, and the electricity transmission grid there is of high-quality. The local government strongly supports for the development of wind power. After careful investigation, the Company has become the only enterprise introduced by the local government to enter Fangcheng Qu for wind power development.
