Recently, a grandsigning ceremony?of wind power cooperation agreement was held by the Company and Xunke county government of Heilongjiang province. Bai Shusheng , magistrate of Xunke county, Wang Lingsheng, executive vice county magistrate, Liu Jinshan, vice county magistrate in charge, other leaders of Development and Reform Commission and government departments, along with Hu Yingchun, the Company’s vice president of new energy business department attended the ceremony.

This agreement, which is the very first wind resource development right agreement the company acquires in the Northeast of China, marks another strategic expansion of the company’s external resource development areas. So far, the company’s wind resource development areas have expanded from 9 provinces and municipalities including Shanxi, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia to the three provinces in northeast China. This agreement lays foundation and creates conditions for the Company’s implementation of its wider strategies, and reflects thesuccessful implementation?of the Company’s strategy of “base in Hebei, serve the whole country”.
