The Company has recently signed a PV development agreement with a total installed capacity of 50 MW with the government of Wulatehou Qi, Bayanzhuoer City, Inner Mongolia.?This is the first time the Company has signed a PV development agreement with parties from outside Hebei province after signing the PV project agreement with the government of Laiyuan County, Baoding City.

Wulatehou Qi, located in the northwest of Inner Mongolia, is one of the regions with richest solar resource in China, with an average 3110-3400 hours of sunshine annually. According to Wulatehou Qi government’s plan, the PV power plant made of desertified grasslands in Qingshan Town of Wulatehou Qi, which signed the agreement with the Company, will be the key PV power development zone there. According to the verification results of related local government departments, there exist no rejection factors such as covering minerals, military factors or historical relic factors. This region is characterized by?favorable solar energy resources, flat terrain, convenient transportation and good grid access condition.
